- Please note: we never rent out our farmhouse to more than one party, so that facilities are never shared during the season April to October inclusive. Included in the rental price is: Air conditioning to every bedroom during high and peak season, maid service once weekly, all towels and linen (except for sheets/covers for babies in cot), pool towels, toddlers paddling pool, cot & high chair. All gas and electricity is INCLUDED from 26th April 2013 to 18th October 2013.
During the LOW SEASONS (20/10/12 to 26/04/13 & 19/10/13 to 25/04/14) GAS (LPG) FOR HEATING is metered & charged separately.*
Our Italian housekeeper also speaks French, is a professional cook & can be hired to cater delicious meals, Our permanent gardener/groundsman will light the pizza forno upon request. According to our guests, from that forno, our housekeeper bakes the best pizzas ever eaten! Ripe seasonal produce may be freely picked. Cherries; apricots; mulberries; figs; grapes etc, Also freshly laid eg - We are able to add 'Papavere' a self contained apartment sleeps 4 and which intercommunicates with the 3 bedroom house at an additional cost of 20% of the weekly rate for the main house.

- ROSA has a queen-size double bed and French windows leading out on to a terrace with table and chairs. FLORA has large twin beds and French windows with a magnificent view down the valley towards the Appenines. GIRASOLE is a large bedroom with twin beds and French windows leading out on the an extensive terrace with seating and the same view as Flora. PAPAVERE is an apartment that can be annexed to the main house. It has a sleeping area with a queen-size double bed; a living room area that has a double sofa-bed and open fireplace and a corner kitchen. The bathroom in Papavere also has a full size bath. French windows lead out to the same extensive terrace as Girasole. ALL BEDROOMS can, in addition, accommodate Cots and Child Beds. MAXIMUM
