The house: From the ground floor, where the owners live during the year, by an outside staircase you reach the apartment: the spacious panoramic terrace (90 m2) with dining table and sun beds, the living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace. The kitchen, the shower-room with two lavatories and toilet, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Beach facilities : During the summer months the owners provide to their guests - included in the rental rate - the access to one of the bathing stations on the beach as well as an umbrella and 2 deck chairs.
Distances: The beach: 100 m. The bathing station: 900 m. Shops: 600 m. Highway: 5 minutes. Palermo center: 20 minutes. Monreale: 25 minutes. Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Motia, Selinunte, Segesta: 90 minutes. Agrigento, Sciacca: 2 hours.
