Heating is not included: be paid according to the consumption. Upon request it is possible to use the washing machine at the cost of € 10 each washing bag
If your booking enters into two different seasons, we will calculate your rate based exactly upon the number of days booked per season.
A deposit equal to 30% of the rental price is required at the time of booking, by bank transfer. The balance has to be paid in cash. We always reply to all enquiries within 2 days at most so, should you have no answer from us, it’s because we are unable to reach your email provider. For this reason we ask you to indicate in the enquiry form also an alternative email address and/or a fax number.
