Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• In view of the world recession and the strong Euro against both sterling and the dollar the above rates include a full 25% reduction. This makes our current prices lower than 10 years ago. However it is important to remember that Donegal Thatched Cottages have always been priced at the upper end of the market. Those who stay with us will appreciate why this is so. It is because of our stunning location and genuine thatched cottage concept, rather than any claim to luxury accommodation. The cottages are well equipped and comfortable but they represent an olde world charm rather than a wall to wall luxury. Please note that a charge of 25 Euro per adult per week/weekend applies to all bookings in addition to the basic rental. This includes the supply and servicing of bed linen. Towels are available as an optional extra at 20 Euro per cottage. Turf for the open fire is available on-site as an optional extra of 20 Euro per week, 10 Euro per weekend. We accept Visa and Mastercard .
• Bookings in July/August are normally on a weekly basis, commencing either Friday or Saturday. However, we are open to more flexible arrangements on request. Outside of July/August we are flexible on commencement day and duration of stay. For bookings of less than a week please contact us for availability and a quotation.
• Please note that the week of Christmas, New Year, Easter etc are excluded from above quoted rates and are priced at 715 Euro plus 25 Euro per adult. Public Holiday weekends are also excluded from above quoted rates. Feel free to contact us for a quotation.
