- A large master bedroom (sleeps 4) adjoins the living area, has air conditioning, cable TV, broad band Internet facilities, a DVD player /music system…and houses a queen size bed and a comfortable futon which can open to another queen size bed with ease. The bedroom has inbuilt cupboards and opens to a large sitout balcony overlooking the valley. The master bathroom is spacious with a geyser, a large indoor tub and shower and also opens to an exotic outdoor shower and bathing area. The living room has been designed to sleep 2 extra people, if required. The second bedroom (sleeps 2) is air conditioned and is a separate self contained unit on the lower floor with a attached pantry with seating and a spacious full bathroom...the bedroom opens to the front lawn. The cottage has a spacious living and dining area (dining seats 6), an open kitchen format fitted with all modern appliances and cooking range, refrigerator with freezer, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery

Location & distances: Surrounded by lush green forests on 3 sides, ‘Little Paradise’ lies on the little road that's winds down into the valley of Assagao from the small market town of Mapusa (3km) and ends at the fishing village of Chapora (6km). One hour from nearest Airport, Dabolim (52 km) 15 minutres from nearest railway station, Thivim (10 km) 10 minutes from nearest highway intersection (5 km) 20 minutes from nearest ferry, Betim (15 km) 25 minutes from capital City, Panaji (17 km) 5 minutes from Mapusa Town (3 km) 7 minutes drive south to the nearest beach: the quiet Little Vagator Beach (5 km)
The Assagao Valley: Little Paradise lies in Assagao, of the tiniest and most peaceful villages of the Velhas Conquistas of Bardez, tucked into the corner of northern Goa peacefully in verdant hills covered in cashew groves. Famous for the healing power of its spring water, its exquisite tropical gardens and gentle breezes from the Arabian Sea, Assagao remains relatively untouched by the growing tourism, despite being only 5 km from the famous Anjuna & Vagator Beaches. Mapusa, the market town, is 2 km away and, although hugely popular, has held onto its gloriously laid back Portuguese “sossegado” atmosphere. The valley, populated by a Hindu-Catholic mix, is well known for its age-old, white-washed church, The Church of St Cajetan , considered as one of the ten best churches in Goa. Quaint village mansions dot the village and a time-worn landmark known as “Cator”.
Nearby Attractions: Mapusa town , 3 km away features a bustling outdoor market every day, culminating into frenzy, on Fridays. Wednesdays is the famous Anjuna Flea Market and Saturday Night Ingo’s market which features an outdoor stage with music and acts, food and some very interesting artisan stalls. The nearest beach is a 5 minutes drive from the cottage with beach shacks serving excellent food, beer. Choose from French, Italian, Russian, Israeli, Tibetan, Nepalese and of course goan cuisine. Some are organic, vegetarian and vegan food is also available, and it is all of world class standards. Yoga is very well catered for with a number of different classes per day. You can also swim at the nearby Hotel Bougainvilla for Rs 50/- a day. Skateboard bowl, paragliding, jet skis and water sports , Go-Cart Track all minutes away.. For a bustling nightlife, trance music at Little Vagator, Club Cabana Disco on the Arpora Hills and several all night lively bars.
