Out cleaning Fee: $250.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $500.
Reservations: 50% deposit is due within 14 days of reservation.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival for.
Payments may be Check, Cashiers Check, or Bank Transfer.
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; minus the cancellation fee.
Rates, minimum length of stay and cancellation policy subject to change at any time, especially during major holidays.
6 people maximum. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 7 years of age or older. -
Low Season:
April 15-November 15 $359 night/$2500 week.
High Season:
