Kahana Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $155.00 - $165.00 cleaning fee $95.00 for all stays.

We charge $145.00 per night with a minimum 7 night stay plus 11.4% tax. 5 Night stays accepted $165.00 plus 11.4% tax. Shorter stays $165.00 per night + 11.4% excise tax and $75.00 cleaning charge. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required for reservations within 60 days of your arrival. Cancellations within the 60 day period will result in a cancellation fee of $75.00. If cancelled 30 days or less from your arrival there will be no refund and entire payment is due unless unit can be re-rented. All major Credit Cards accepted. See rates for high season.

Kahana Condo Details
Amenities & Activities: The kitchen includes electric Griddle, waffle iron, Crock Pot, Blender, Sandwich Griddle, Toaster and a toaster oven. Microwave. By the swimming pool, there are 3 BBQ's There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit as well as a separate Laundry unit on the 3rd floor of the bldg for those heavier items. There is High Speed Internet access right in the unit. We also have a Fax Machine/copier/printer. There is a Pool on the property and 3 BBQ's Stroll the Lahaina Town Front street for world class shopping, Maui Style. One of my favorites is the West Maui Gold (Pawn) Shop located near the Sugar Train Attraction. From the Wharf you can catch a ferry to the island of Molokai and Lanai. No visit to Maui would be complete without a visit to Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali. walk along the beach walk, past the big hotels there.
Maui Has a New Aquarium well worth the visit perhaps after you have been snorkeling at Molokini as it is only a short drive from Ma aleaea Harbor. This is a non-smoking unit.
