Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We offer Special Booking Discounts:
1 night free with bookings of 7 nights*,
2 nights free with bookings of 13 nights*,
3 nights free with bookings of 18 nights*,
(For a limited time only.)
*Discounts exclude holiday bookings from December 22nd through January 3rd.
Hawaii tax (11.42%) will be added to all rates.
Rates include up to 4 guests.
Additional guests are $7.00/night/guest.
$200 deposit is due within 10 days of booking and applied to balance due.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Maid service before and after stay is included for stays 4 nights or longer. However, a cleaning surcharge will be added for stays 4 nights or longer. Guests may have additional maid service during their stay for additional charges.
We accept Checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. -
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made, less a $100 cancellation fee, with prior notice of 45 days. Otherwise payment is Non-Refundable.
A credit card number is required from each guest, in case of any damage, loss of property or condo keys. Any and all such costs will be billed to the guests credit card. Ask about our Terms and Conditions.

Amenities: Accommodations are ready for you - complete with most of the conveniences of home, including a fully equipped kitchen. Our kitchen is complete with: full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, plates, cups, cooking & eating utensils, mixing bowls, etc. Our condo offers a private washer and dryer located inside of our unit.
Activities: Our complex is also complete with tropical landscaping, championship tennis courts, pools, elevators, barbecue/picnic areas, and an activities desk to enhance your vacation in Maui. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Activities in and near Kihei include surfing, snorkeling, horseback riding, movie theatre, shopping, dining, golfing, and more.
Area: Located just north of Wailea and across from Charles Young/Kamaole I beach. (Some of Maui's finest swimming beaches.
