You will enjoy the new owners' improvements made since October 2003: many new furnishings, updated décor, fresh interior paint, and new maple kitchen cabinets. There is even a supply of family videos, playing cards, paperback books, and board games for indoor entertainment. The unit sleeps six: master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath; the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a second full bathroom. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, fully-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, private second-story lanai, telephone with answering machine, linens, ceiling fans for silent indoor cooling. High-speed wireless Internet for guests bringing wireless laptop computers! Shared facilities include pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry, outdoor gas BBQs. Next to Lydgate Beach Park and Wailua Golf Course. Five minute drive to shopping and restaurants.
Activities: Lydgate Park, one of the few beaches with a lifeguard on duty, offers fantastic swimming and snorkeling in two protected lagoons and is an easy five-minute walk north along a packed-sand trail. Avid golfers will enjoy the affordable rates at Wailua Golf Course next door, rated one of the best municipal golf courses in the nation. Tennis courts and a beachfront swimming pool are located on site. Children will love the elaborate Kamalani playground just a short walk down the beach. Kaha Lani is a secluded condominium project—yet conveniently close to everything! North Shore beaches, Poipu, and Waimea Canyon are all within an easy driving distance. Other nearby activities include kayaking, river tours, tubing, hiking, helicopter rides, zip line, SCUBA diving, horseback riding, luau with dance entertainment, shopping, surfing, shelling, museums, fishing, and more.
This is the perfect spot for the most active or most restful vacation! Located on a 4 mile stretch of secluded white sand beach. Less than 10 minutes from Lihue airport. Centrally located between Poipu and Princeville for convenient access to both popular tourist areas.
