Maili House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Main House: $500/night, base rate for four guests. Additional person rate (from 5 - 8) is $25 per person, per night. Rate applies year round, except for holiday seasons.
Guest House: $250/night. Newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom lodging.
7 night minimum during the year and 14 night minimum during holiday season.
Holiday rates vary. Please email for details.
Rates are plus 11.42% accommodations tax and $1,000 refundable security deposit. $350 departure cleaning fee for Main House; $150 cleaning fee for Guest House.
Small weddings may be held at property with pre-approval. Additional fees apply. -

Maili House Details
The 8 person dining table and breakfast bar offer a wonderful view of the ocean at any time of the day, as do the sofas in the spacious living/lounge area. There is also a smaller table for 4 - cards anyone? The living room has a large screen TV and very comfortable sofas and arm chairs. The gated and privacy walled garden contains several mature trees and Hawaiian flowering plants. The oceanfront lanai has a couple of tables and a number of comfortable chairs and chaise lounges - perfect for watching colorful sunsets or lazing by the ocean with a good book! The newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Guest House can be rented together with main house (for a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms) or separately, for smaller parties. Come and enjoy a truly fabulous Hawaiian getaway! BR B Amenities: /B BR This property has all the comforts of home, such as air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen, gas stove, top notch refrigerator and dishwasher.
Other amenities include washer/dryer, cable television, DVD and stereo system, wireless internet, towels and linens, beach towels, BBQ and more. Activities: Swimming, fishing, short drive to surfing beaches of Oahu's West shore, golfing at the Ihilani - just a few of the activities that are available whilst staying at Maili Point! Area: This is a very relaxing country location, where some of our rich and famous like to retreat. The Ko Olina Resort, in which the Ihilani is located, is a 15 minute drive from this property. Surfing beaches at Makaha are a 15 minute drive from this property. Honolulu International Airport is approximately an hour's drive. Honolulu's business district and Waikiki are located just beyond Honolulu International Airport.
We would recommend grocery shopping at Kapolei (plus Chili's, Chinese and a number of other restaurants) or at our favorite place, Waikele, for outlet shopping (Saks 5th Avenue, OshKosh, Kmart and many, many other stores).
