The luxury villa has a private swimming pool. The house is built on the the east facing mountains of island of Lefkada and has been built to very luxurious standards. Equipped with both air-conditioning and central heating, it makes it suitable to rent in all seasons. The large plot where the house is built on, was originally an olive-groove and the surroundings of the house have been maintained as much as possible to maintain the ‘country feel'. There's a separate BBQ area and plenty of shade around the house, where one can enjoy the splendid views from a hammock. The house has been built on a quiet hillside on the east side of Lefkada, just 5 min. north from the town of Nidri, so in a few minutes you're close to restaurants, beaches and other facilities. Lefkada nestles away in the centre of the Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer - anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday. On the east coast with its pebble beaches, you will probably find some of the most picturesque views around. On the West cost you will find some of the most beautiful sandy beaches and stunning sunsets.
