Notes:
The house, including all the terraces and balconies have marble floor, which keeps it cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. From all the rooms, you have access to one of the 5 balconies (all of them have sea view), and most of the doors and windows have protection against insects. In the living room in the basement there is an open fireplace, and for the few winter months, there is an oil based central heating in the rooms. The guests can enjoy a large collection of water sport equipments (diving glasses, snorkel, fins, fishing instruments), as well as diverse toys for children (rubber dinghy, children pool, etc.). On request, you can rent a 3-gear Yamaha moped and a motor dinghy (for maximum 5 people) on a weekly basis. Our house is attended by an English administrator, who lives in the neighbourhood, and who is available all day long. He can also help you with the luggage transportation on your arrival and on your departure day.
