- The final cleaning, tourist tax & energy costs are not included in the rental price. Energy fees will be charged according to the consumption and the most favourable price offered by the public services. The tourist tax offers plenty of discounts, such as tennis, public means of transportation can be used for free, mountain railway for a lower fee, Palais Thermal, Vital Therme 50% discount and much more. It is charged separately by the spa administration. Ambulant medical check-up and rehabilitation: Health insurances usually cover the costs for the spa doctor and the fees for the spa medications up to €85 when undertaking a treatment in Bad Wildbad. The costs for the accommodation, catering and tourist tax usually are subsidized with €13 per day. For bookings of several weeks we offer different discounts, we would be happy to tell you more - simply call 0171-6118700. We ask you to understand that short stays (at least 3 days) can only be booked until one month in advance.
- More and more guests book Charlottes Forsthaus together with their entire family. While the grandparents enjoy the extensive wellness, anti-aging-, and spa offer (paid by the health insurance), the parents play golf, tennis, or visit the local riding stables. The children are entertained by the varied options that are offered in the region. But also several couples can use Charlottes Forsthaus together to enjoy an economical stay in the nature reserve with all it cultural and sports possibilities. Work groups and councils use our house for team trainings. Men's and women's groups like to rent Charlottes Forsthaus as a starting point for hikes in the nature reserve. The *****holiday house is also popular for family celebrations with up to 18 guests, thanks to its extensive and varied equipment. We and our crew always strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- As we use the house also ourselves with our large family, we prefer renting to regular guests. The entire inventory and equipment has been chosen with love and attention to detail, so that we ourselves still feel like home - just like when Charlotte was still the owner. For example, you will find a sewing box and a sewing machine, to be able to close a seam or to sew on a zipper or buttons. This extraordinary ambience of our extraordinary houses can be enjoyed be our guests. The confidence we offer our guests with our extensive equipment has led our guests to recommend our house. In that it is adivsable to book as early as possible, so you will be able to enjoy our *****holiday house. Why not try 3 or 4 days with the last minute option (booking one month before the vacation) - and you will be craving for more!

- Next to 4 double beds for 8 adults, a sofa bed and a cot, we offer several additional sleeping facilities for maximum 4 children. Maximum of 12 people plus children. In the hallway closet you find 2 igloo tents, 6 camping mats and 6 sleeping bags for the badminton and barbecue area; a tree house offers a sleeping area for outdoor enthusiasts. Two double beds are equipped with electric slatted frame bases. Linen and towels are provided. From December 7th, 2006 we offere a new bathing spot on the outdoor terrace: a 'Wildbad bath tub'. This wooden bath tub offers space for 6 adults. A aluminium/wooden oven heats the water up to 38 degrees, even during in the winter. Authentic fun that reminds of the Middle Ages where this type of bath was common.

The *****holiday house is equipped exclusively and extensively. Next to a collection of records with classical music (complete archived edition of Johann Sebastian Bach, complete edition of Mozart, all symphonies by Beethoven, Schuhmann, Brahms, Bruckner, Haydn, Dvorak, Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Schubert, as well as many operas and operettasm piano sonatas), there are also numerous interesting books in the living room. An extensive games collection can be found in the toy crate in the hallway. The dining room in Black Forest style with two maplewood tables for 16 guests is popular for family celebrations. For this case, we can provide a catering service, a professional chef, as well as a chef specialized in venison that can be booked at any time. A known timbersports athlete and hunter offers a wood chopping class, as well as guided walks over the nature trails, observing deer from a raised hide. Hunting is possible upon request.
