Notes: Our guest house offers the following: living room (17 m²) with spring studio couch (160 x 200 cm), couch table, dining place, 3 m built-in closet with electrical trouser press, DSL-internet connection for your notebook, TV, stereo system, CD player, DVD, telephone, fax. The bedroom has 8 m², it has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with orthopaedic, anti- allergic mattress, radio clock, LCD-TV, cellular phone, parquet floor. The bathroom has 6 m², with top-quality equipment. It has glass shower, stainless steel washing stand, WC, towel radiator, hair drier, rotary mirror closet and floor heating. The fitted kitchen (6 m²) has a refrigerator, cooker, oven-microwaves assembly, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, mixer, raw-fired pots, pans, glasses, dinnerware, crockery, all in all, top-quality equipment. The bedroom on the attic floor (5m², without headroom) has a 140 x 200 cm bed for children or adults. It has TV and DVD.

Service: Breakfast service per day and per person is 7,50 € (coffee or tea, fresh bread rolls, sausage, cheese, marmalade, juice, eggs). The obligatory final cleaning tax is 25 €. Information about the surroundings: On foot or by car, you can reach different restaurants (Bavarian, Italian, Greek, Wienerwald, McDonalds, coffee bars, snack bars, clubs, pubs) within 1 - 3 km, indoor swimming pool, shopping facilities such as Wal-Mart, Aldi, Lidl, Norma, Obi, Media-Markt, Takko, DM, Schlecker, Karstadt, shopping centers, medical care centers, underground, the station Forstenrieder Allee (U3), bus station, repair shop, gas station, motor-cycle renting service, BMW/ Mercedes/ Audi / VW/ Skoda/ Opel/ Renault/ Porsche branches. By car, you need approx. 2 min to reach the highway Munich-Garmisch, 5 min to the highway Munich-Lindau, 10 min to the highway Munich-Salzburg, 15 to the highway Munich-Stuttgart, 20 - 30 to the trade show Munich, 10 to the zoo, 15 to the German Museum. If you don’t have a car, you need 3 min to the underground station U3. By the underground, you need ca. 15 min to Marienplatz, 30 to the Allianz Arena, 30 to the Olympia Stadium,12 to the German Museum, 30 to the trade show.
