- OCTOBER & NOVEMBER, MARCH & APRIL....the house is described as 5 bedrooms, however the design of the house means the lower part can be shut off so effectively it becomes 2 bedrooms, we do special offers for couples - 750€ per week.
^^^special spring is for 2 persons 1 week or 120 per night 3 nights - 5+ nights is weekly rate.
We are displaying prices for parties up to

+ 100€ supplement per person over number quoted. (For Example calculation therefore is 6 persons in October 750 + 400)
Prices include all Linen, towels, services, end of stay cleaning & taxes.
Prices include electricity within reasonable use.
Logs supplied off season... please inquire.
Arrival times are flexible - if we are ready you can go straight in, we try to be ready from 1 p.m. Note NO arrivals after 6.30p.m. unless prior agreement Checkout is 10 a.m. - Dogs - we do positively welcome dogs but we do find they do create extra cleaning, the surcharge for a dog is 50€ per dog - if you are bringing more than 1 please request price.
We do not request a security damage deposit... however we expect you to replace or pay for anything that is broken - we do retain the right to charge for any willful damage as per our terms of business.
We charge 50€ extra for dogs - we do retain the right to charge extra if any extra cleaning is incurred - Please note this house is not available for short breaks - minimum is 1 week... except from October - March please enquire. Per night rate is quoted as 4 persons.
