It has a private garden leading down to the stream, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The garden has sun chairs, table and chairs and a barbecue. The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. It has doors opening onto the garden. The second bedroom, a twin, also overlooks the gardens and has a bathroom beside it. There is a full size single bed on the spacious open plan landing area. The main reception room is comfortably furnished, there are two armchairs, a sofa and a double sofa bed. There is a large open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), large farmhouse style table and the sitting area. A door at the end of the living room opens out onto the balcony and lake.
