    - Depending on the number of guests, a checkout cleaning fee of £100 to £150 will be added to the quoted rental.
    - Utility costs are all included in the quoted price for each week.
    - Free unlimited internet access is included but telephone calls will be charged at normal rate.
    - Lap top can be provided for guests upon request.
    - Bikes are available for the cycling enthusiasts.
  • The pool is open from May to the end of September. If pool heating is required, a weekly fee of £100 will be added to the quoted rental.
  • Please note that the confirmation of all bookings is subject to the completion of our booking form and the receipt of the deposit by us, for which a formal acknowledgement will be issued.
    - Please do not make irreversible flight or travel arrangements until you have received final confirmation of your booking.
    - We strongly recommend that a holiday/travel insurance to be taken out at the time of booking your accommodation and travel.

The style has been inspired by the Chartreuse (Carthusian monastery) with all the beauty of a Perigordine stone house and the modern facilities for maximum comfort.
