- The letting period for the cottage is based on a Friday to Friday rental during high and peak season and we are happy to be flexible with dates outside of these periods.
Our rental prices include: ... all bed linen, hand and bath towels, heating, electricity, gas, local taxes and cleaning charges. - Pool towels are available to rent at 5 euros per person and are issued for the duration of your holiday.
A meal can be provided for your arrival and is available by prior arrangement.
If you are arriving later in the evening then we are happy to shop on your behalf for some basic groceries, but please allow us 7 days notice. - A damage deposit is required and will be refunded in full within seven days of the end of your holiday unless the accommodation or it's contents are damaged or the accommodation is left in a condition that necessitates extra cleaning time to return it to the high standard in which it is presented.
