All appliances are top of the range. General security as follows : Alarm with camera monitoring which can be switched off. Safe room. Car post in garage, Pool security gate for children, rail + mesh around playground. There is a back garden with fruit trees. The side garden is a lawn and the front is a patio with pool below. Steps lead down to the garage with electric gate. Air Conditioning in bedrooms although not required as the villa is nearly on the sea. Extra parking for second car outside garage. The port can be walked in 4 minutes without crossing any busy roads.
Owner also has villa next door which sleeps 10 so a large group can be accommodated.... see # 2877
You will be completely looked after by the 4 staff and any extra item can be organised for you..... Boat hire, dinner party, shopping, driver, cook, nanny, maid, doctor , airport collection etc. English speaking manager.
