There is electric gate and security lights. There are 8 bedrooms, sleep 15 or even 19 if inflatable double beds are used in the lounge area.

Two separate Kitchens and Lounge/dinning rooms on two independent floors for complete privacy Large heated ,fenced Swimming Pool (11.5mx5m) is South facing and has large terrace area with separate shower and WC facility. Summer Kitchen near the pool has built in BBQ and full kitchen facility. Boule Court. The Villa is surrounded by the garden and the plot is fenced so children can play in safety. - These rates are for 11 people to sleep at the Villa. We have one double, blow up bed and two 'Z beds'. Any additional person will be charged 150 euros per person per week. E-mail us to obtain our website address to view, our photo Gallery, things to do in the area, location of our villa and route instructions from Nice airport to the villa, emergency phones numbers if required, a packing list for your needs not only to visit France but medical needs for travelling outside Europe and above all you will be able to book on line and we will keep you in touch via e-mail at all stages of your confirmed booking. This is a very useful facility as you are in control of booking. All you have to do is fill the booking form, send a deposit worked out for you on the booking form and the week is reserved for you. We will send you a reminder when the final payment is due and the amount. Our house keeper will greet you and show you the villa and how things work and will answer all your questions.
- Prices are negotiable based on number of weeks occupied.
- Refundable security of 1000 Euros is required at the time of final payment. It will be returned within two weeks provided there are no damages to settle. Our Villa is situated in a private estate. Our neighbours are permanent residents and it is important to respect them and the tranquillity they expect to enjoy living in this pleasant area. French law states that there should not be loud noise(shouting ,music etc )after 10 pm. Therefore we do not recommend our Villa for groups of noisy people who expect to party late into the night. We have the right to ask noisy tenants to leave without compensation. Be aware of security at all times as holiday makers are always a target for opportunist thieves. Please keep all doors and windows closed that are not in view whilst around the swimming pool area and close every thing securely when going out. Please use safes provided at all times. French law states that a security fence be in place around the pool at all times.

We also have a double bed which can be inflated, this should be installed in the top floor lounge. We also have a baby cot which can be installed in one of the bedrooms. Please note that the rates shown are only for 11 adults (16+) sleeping. We charge 150 euros per person per week for additional people. Child cote is free of charge.All bed rooms are Air-conditioned. The ground floor lounge is also air-conditioned.
