- Refundable security of 1000 Euros is required at the same time as the final payment is due. This will be returned within two weeks provided there are no damages to settle. Our Villa is situated in a private estate. Our neighbours are permanent residents and it is important to respect them and the tranquillity they expect to enjoy living in this pleasant area. French law states that there should not be loud noise (shouting, music etc) after 10 pm. Therefore we do not recommend our Villa for groups of noisy people who expect to party late into the night. We recommend awareness of the need for security at all time as holiday makers are always a target for opportunist thieves. Please keep all doors and windows closed that are not in view whilst around the villa and close every thing securely when going out. Please use safes provided at all times. French law states that a security fence be in place around the pool at all time.
