Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is an additional utility/cleaning charge of £100. Changeover day between the beginning of April through to the end of October is Saturday. For last minute bookings we can be more flexible. Arrival is after 4pm and departure before 11am. A 30% deposit is payable on booking and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. We also take a £300 damage deposit, on payment of the balance, as security against major damage (returnable within 14 days of departure). We are happy to accept payment in Euro, by bank transfer, personal cheque or paypal. Payment can be made by transfer to our personal bank account in the UK or in France in the name of 'Hamilton'. All the details are provided at the time of booking.
The monthly rate applies to the months of November through to March with a monthly booking refering to a 4 week period commencing and ending on a Saturday. - Cancellation policy: The balance is non-refundable, however on notification of cancellation we will re-advertise and If we can re-book we are happy to repay the balance in full (minus bank charges). We do encourage all of our guests to take out holiday insurance.

- Both of the beautifully presented large double bedrooms have great en- suite facilities. Both have large showers. The master bedroom has a double shower, double vanity unit and bath with overhead shower. The 2nd Bathroom has a large shower & wash basin. There is a third toilet and wash basin in the utility room. Both bedrooms also have plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. The master bedroom has a large wardrode with hanging space and shelves, a large set of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The 2nd bedroom has a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and 2 bedside tables. The master bedroom has french doors which open onto the balcony and views of valley and sea. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa bed. A travel cot is also available should you require it.
