- The rent is payable by transfer to the owners bank in France in € (Euro). A deposit of 25 % must be paid within 8 days from the date of booking (the “booking deposit”) and the remaining amount is to be paid with 25 % no later than 8 weeks and 50 % no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. To pay by Credit Card (PayPal), email the owner. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
- Security Deposit is Euro 500 to be paid by credit card before arrival. To be returned to the card in full after departure provided no damage is made to the villa.
