Details for 2 bedrooms with terrace
There are three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one twin bedded room. Two luxury bathrooms with baths and showers. The large terrace looks out over the beautiful bay and rooftops of Villefranche sur mer. The glazed windows onto the terrace slide all the way back so that the terrace becomes part of the sitting room in the summer. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen. We have TV and wi-fi internet access. We pride ourselves in our high standard of presentation and cleanliness. Our guests return time and again. Please see the guest book at the bottom of the page to read what our guests have said about this apartment. Guests get proper beds not sofa beds! Check this out as our beds are really comfortable. We now have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms + air conditioning in the living room. Please note: this is an old village building - about 500 years old - so the entrance is old and and there are stairs to climb to the apartment. New for 2012 - one new bathroom!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental fee includes utilities and linens (cotton sheets, allergy free pillows-), towels, beach towels, kitchen towels for four guests. For extra sets a charge of €30 per set is charged. A security / damage deposit of 500 euros will be collected upon arrival in euros, dollars, or pounds and returned prior to departure. In addition service charge of 195 euros will be collected upon arrival in cash. We also provide dishwasher soap -- basically all the supplies a home should have so you don't have to immediately run out and buy things for the week or two you are with us. And there is secure wireless DSL that enables you to connect within minutes of your arrival, should you need to.
I can offer a special winter rate for periods of 1 to 6 months! - Change over in high season is Saturday to Saturday. As the changeover is tight in high season, access to the apartment will generally be 4pm on arrival (unless by arrangement) and we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
- There is a package rate available for five nights for the Monaco Grand Prix. Price on application.
Please note that prices listed up until the 2nd March may have a supplement for more than two guests.

- 2 doubles, 1 twin. BEDROOMS NOW HAVE CEILING FANS. Please note that our bedrooms are proper rooms so you don't need to sleep on a sofa bed like in some places which cost the same or more! We also have excellent quality beds which are carefully chosen for comfort. We also provide plenty of storage space in each room. We have air conditioning now in the living room.

Notes:
There are wonderful food shops on the doorstop and there is a small supermarket three doors away. Everything you could possibly need is outside your front door. A car is not necessary as the public transport is excellent. We provide beach towels.
I leave various condiments in the store cupboard as there is nothing worse than finding the cupboard empty when you arrive and having to buy just about everything.
My kitchen compact and fully equipped with granite work surfaces.
