Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- An additional charge of £13 Sterling per person is charged for linen, sheets and towel hire if required. Please see booking form on owners website on request (This is charged separate to keep your accommodation cost as low as possible and is not a hidden charge like some other renters, who claim that it is included for free - we aim to be as transparent as possible). This charge is set by our friendly Swedish cleaning agent who is always on call for your assistance.
- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required on reservation and full payment is required 8 weeks before your stay. Special rates are available for longer stays. We are pleased to announce that we now accept payments via Pay Pal in all currencies listed by Pay Pal. A refundable security deposit of £65 GBP is required. Please note that their is a lift to all floors which is rare in Nice, however we are not responsible for its operation and please consider this when you are making your booking. However the apartment is situated on a short flight of stairs on the second floor only, if the lift is out of order. All bookings require a completed booking form and are subject to terms and conditions, please ask for details.

A booking confirmation letter and a comprehensive holiday information pack will be sent out immediately. Our aim is to provide, 'You', the guest with the best possible holiday experience and build a long term relationship with our guests. In fact some of our guests have become our good and dear friends. Our aim is to offer an independent affordable warm & friendly South of France holiday experience of which a Hotel can not. Last year we were awarded a Gold award for this apartment (We would love to give you details of this on request, including references).
The Great South of France Outdoors.: See Owners Website for excellant walking,visiting Provincal villages & towns, gorges, canoeing, climbing, sailing, and even visiting a Wolf Santuary if you dare!
Cooking, Wine & French Language Courses: See Owners Website for excellent Cooking, Wine & French Language Courses in the Nice area! A truly 'South of France' experience & delight! Our Contact Rosa offers Nicoise cooking courses in her own home, using organic produce bought from the Cours Salya old town market which you purchase in the Morning with her. She will advise on the produce, whats in season and whats not. This market and wine cellar tour, along with nicoise cooking is fantastic and we can arrange this for you. We had a great time, especially sampling our efforts afterwards with several glasses or two, of Rose Bandol and Provencal Wines.
Ski: Winter skiing & Snow boarding is easy; Isola 2000 is a large modern resort, very popular, with good lifts and well maintained runs for all abilities. It is 2,000 metres high and usually has good snow from before Xmas to March. It's about 1hr30mins drive from Nice, or there is a ski-bus service from central Nice (10 minute walk from our apartment). Auron, Valberg, Greolieres, and a number of smaller resorts are lower altitude and hence have snow for a shorter time, they are about the same driving time from Nice. Limone in Italy is prettier and about the same size, it is about a 2hour drive.
