Renting LA CHAUMIERE & LA GRANGE together (i.e. LA HELLEGUY) provides accommodation in two LUXURIOUS spacious detached thatched Breton cottages. Larger groups, families & friends sharing are able to holiday together in maximum comfort. Cottages have exposed oak beams, earthenware tiled floors, luxurious lounges - 1 with high pitched ceiling, 1 with patio doors leading to terrace, granite feature fireplaces & wood burning stoves. Fully equipped modern kitchens (with washing facilities), dining rooms. A total of 7 spacious bedrooms (3 king, 2 with en-suites & 4 twins), sleep 15 comfortably + 2 cots; 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets.
WIFI internet access in each cottage.
Situated in the old orchard, amidst mature trees & landscaped gardens, the 12.2m x 6.1m HEATED SWIMMING POOL is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Le Helleguy.
A retractable TELESCOPIC SHELTER covers the pool providing sheltered swimming if the weather is inclement (available end of MARCH to mid NOVEMBER).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are in Pounds STERLING, however we accept payment in Euros. (Payments can be made by Cheque or Online Bank Transfer)
A non refundable deposit of 25% is requested to confirm booking. The balance plus a refundable security deposit of £200 (225 euros) per cottage is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Heating supplement @ £70 (85 euros) er cottage is applicable October through to the end of April
A Departure Cleaning Service is available @ £50 (60 euros) per cottage
A Weekly Maid Service is available, paid locally @ 10 Euros per hour
Reduced occupancy rates may be available out of Peak & High season (e.g. for couples), dependant upon availability & demand. Please contact the owners for information. - A generous 'Welcome Basket' of Breton provisions is also included in the cottage rental price, in addition to a wide range of cleaning materials, laundry supplies and toiletries
Luxurious bed linen, house robes & towels are included in the rental price
Changeover day is Saturday but negotiable in LOW season. - Complementary Therapy & Beauty Treatment are available onsite, during your stay
We also offer ‘Indulgence Breaks’ in Low & Mid seasons (with treatments tailored to your requirements), plus a range of treatment Gift Vouchers for special occasions.
