Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Reservations/Deposits:
Reservation dates once confirmed will be held for a period of 10-days. In order to guarantee a confirmed reservation, a $250/week deposit is required. Final payment must be made at least 45 days prior to your Fiji arrival. All deposit and final payments must be in the form of a Certified Bank Draft in U.S. Dollars or via bank wire transfer directly into our bank in Fiji.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will be charged the full deposit. Cancellations received 45 - 30 days prior to the arrival, will be charged 50% of the total rental. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival will be 100% non-refundable. In case of cancellation 50% of the total cancellation fee may be applied to a future reservation within a 1-year period. There are no refunds for unused portions of the rental reservations.
(Holiday Periods) Christmas/New Year's - $350 weekly deposit -
$250/week and are strictly non-refundable. Full payment is due 45 days prior to your Fiji arrival. There are no refunds of any kind for holiday bookings.

Taveuni House Details
This 2nd home is only for the exclusive use of guests who rent the main house and who need additional bedrooms. Both homes are truly spectacular, well maintained, and offer one of Fiji’s most unique and private properties featuring breathtaking panoramic 180 degree views over the ocean, off-shore islands, and glorious sunsets. In fact, the incredible views from Ucuilagi may very well be the most spectacular of any home in all the Fiji Islands. Amenities: Electricity is provided by a generator from early morning to late evening. Water is local authority supplied and very pure. Kitchen is modern and includes microwave oven, gas stove, and electric refrigeration. Entertainment system includes TV, DVD player, and CD music player. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. Large ceiling fans are in all rooms. Phone, BBQ, washing machine, security system, & smoke detectors. Two fiberglass kayaks are included for snorkeling, sunset paddles, and/or coastal exploration.
Airport transfers are also included. House staff [Isoa & Peni] live on property in a separate house. All housekeeping chores are taken care of on a daily basis [except Sunday]. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. Several additional restaurants are within a 5-minute drive. Grocery stores are also nearby. Dive shop nearby. Internet access is nearby. Island Transportation: Your rental price at Ucuilagi includes a new four-wheel drive 2.8 ltr Toyota Hi Luxury twin-cab pick-up truck. Fully loaded including air-conditioning. Due to insurance requirements the vehicle can only be driven by Ucuilagi staff who will act as your driver & guide. As taxis are often difficult to obtain, having use of this vehicle with your own knowledgeable driver/guide is a tremendous benefit to our guests.
Activities: Taveuni is know as ‘the Garden Island of Fiji’ and is relatively untouched by the outside world Taveuni offering an incredible array of eco-oriented activities including world-class scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, nature hikes, rafting, bicycle rentals, village visits & cultural encounters, waterfalls, International Dateline, 300 foot natural waterslide, sport fishing, 9-hole golf course, bird watching, star gazing, etc. Highly discounted international airfares from Los Angeles, and Fiji inter-island airfares available.
