Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $600/Week
- There is a one time charge of $65 for a cleaning fee. A security deposit of $250 for weekly is required to secure the reservation. For monthly rentals a 25% fee of total rental amount is due as a security deposit. This is refundable in full should the visitor cancel 30 days prior to anticipated arrival date. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us for Holiday Rates.
