Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

In-Season Rates for House (March through August) are: $150/Day; $300/Weekend; $500/Week; $1,500/Month
Off-Season Rates for the House (September through February) are: $130/Day; $250/Weekend; $400/Week; $1,200/Month
All rentals less than 6 months in duration are subject to 8% sales tax.
There is an additional fee of $25 for parties of more than 4. - Rates are subject to change without notice. Weekend rentals are subject to availability and reserved no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival date. Rates may be higher for holiday time periods (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years' Eve)
