Relax in the cozy den which includes a sleeper sofa, desk and high-speed Internet access. Developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay group, The Brooks is a beautiful gated country club community. Spring Run at The Brooks offers a private 18-hole, par 72, championship golf course. The golf course is in great condition and appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The recently expanded clubhouse has formal and casual dining with very good food.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Spring Run at The Brooks is conveniently located in Bonita Springs just east of Highway 41 and only 10 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport. Amenities: Our place has all the amenities of home. It features a modern kitchen with an eat-in area. The dining room seats six as does the lanai. A 32” TV with cable and a VCR and DVD player are housed in a brand new armoire. The pool, hot tub and gas grills are located nearby. Activities: In addition to golf and tennis, The Brooks has miles of biking and walking trails. Enjoy shopping at the beautiful Miromar Outlet Stores just 5 minutes away and choose from a wide variety of excellent restaurants nearby.
