Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Full week rentals only, Saturday-Saturday.
Seasonal, $1700-$3000.
$300 up charge per week for holidays.
Monthly rental (4 weeks) is three times weekly rate.
$500 refundable security deposit.
$300 non-refundable pet fee for dogs.
Additional charges for Serenata Beach Club
9% Sales Tax.

However, if a mandatory evacuation order is issued during the rental period that would apply to our section of St. Johns County, we will refund ALL your rental fee for that week; unless order is issued for the day of your planned departure. If your rental period is longer than one week, this would apply only to the week it occurs or subsequent weeks if the house can not be occupied.

Family swimming pool, heated pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness room amenities are available at the oceanfront Serenata Beach Club, five minutes from our beach house, for a minimal cost for the week. This is a lovely upscale club with wonderful dining and lots of children's activities - if it's a rainy day, or just too steamy to be on the beach, your family can head into the club for the day. The shower area has all the personal items you might need - razor, soap, shampoo. Please Google them to preview what they have to offer.
Activities: Minutes to hiking, golf, tennis, fishing, boating, sailing, moonlight cruise. Privileges to Serenata Beach Club, minutes from the beach house - pools, dining, gym facilities, kids activities.
Area: Minutes to historic St. Augustine, TPC, Sawgrass, World Golf Village with IMAX theatre, Guana State Park.
Golf: Marsh Landing Golf & Country Club privileges available via Serenata Beach Club option.
