Total payment due 2 weeks prior to rental agreement. 30 day cancellation notice required in order to obtain security deposit. Security deposit to be returned within 14 days of departure.

May 1 thru June 30 $500/week, or $1800/month
July 1 thru September 30 $500/week, or $1600/month
October 1 thru November 30 $600/week, or $2000/month - ***March Special*** March rental has just become available, take a 31 day trip to paradise for $1800, total. Tax, cleaning charges included, call for booking or questions.
