Amenities: The unit has central air conditioner and heated. Ceiling fans are located in living room and bedroom areas, and smoke detector in hallway. For pool and beach enjoyment, find two beach towels and two beach chairs in the hall closet. Available with the unit is a vacuum cleaner, clothes basket, ironing board with iron and plenty of clothes hangers. The fenced grounds have twenty-four hour electronic monitoring system, two outdoor heated pools, tennis court, assigned parking, car washing area, three Laundromats and clubhouse with numerous activities. Two medical emergency call box telephones are mounted around the complex, hooked directly to 911 and used only for medical emergency. Phone service for the local calling area provided, however, calling cards recommended for long distance calling. Starter amounts of the following items provided for comfort of guest and replacement is not required.
Area: Tampa International airport is approximately twenty to thirty minutes with St. Petersburg/Clearwater International only fifteen to twenty minutes. TPI has ranked seventh best airport in the world. Available at both airports are rental cars and shuttle service. Tampa is home to Busch Gardens with only a forty-five minute drive. Orlando, home to Disney World and Universal Studio is approximate an hour and half drive. Are you a sports enthusiast? Tampa Bay has an abundant variety of sports; visit Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Leagues Field, or Ice Palace. Approximately ten miles from the complex find great shopping at the Tyrone Mall. Within one mile, find one of the largest flea markets in Pinellas Count, The Wagon Wheel Flea Market.
Activities: The local library is on 52nd avenue and there you will find Internet access. To send or receive a fax visit Staples office supply store located in the Largo Mall. You will find miles of white sandy beach and sparkling water within a ten-minute drive. Visit the Gulf beaches of Treasure Island, Madeira, Indian Rocks, Clearwater and Reddington Shores. John’s Pass and Boardwalk is a scenic harbor and know as the fishing capital of Pinellas Coast. It is a waterfront with over hundred merchants offering unique retail shopping with plenty of parking. Seminole park is approximately one mile, for walking, biking, roller blade, public boat ramp, picnic, children’s play area, fishing, or enjoy sitting on wings near the lake. You will find a wide variety of dining experience, shopping, sailing, casino cruises, fishing, jet skiing, para sailing, sight seeing, art museums, the adventure is endless.
