A WING OF A GEORGIAN LODGE; 5 mins easy walk to Farnborough Main Line Station. 35 minutes to the center of London Heathrow Airport & Gatwick Aiport a 40 min drive. Farnborough Airport is a 5 min drive or a casual 20 min walk. A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY; trains are reliable, convenient and affordable; airport transfers can be arranged. WENTWORTH & SUNNINGDALE GOLF COURSES & ASCOT RACE COURSE are a 20 min drive away. And a network of motorways closeby will take visitors to all parts of the UK. For Corporate Travellers or Tourists The Lodge, is extremely comfortable and elegantly furnished, secure and private with many period features including high ceilings, large Gothic style windows and a Georgian fireplace in the 33' x 23' sitting room which has a flat screen TV/DVD. And a stylish 21' x 16' south facing garden room. There are 2 double bedrooms one with a Super King Size Bed, the other has a 5' x 6' 6' Queen bed. And a fully equipped kitchen. HI speed internet available.

There are excellent public transport facilities for guests who choose not to drive. A five minute walk will bring guests to Farnborough Station providing train services into London and inter city links servicing all of the UK and Europe. Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are about a 30 minute drive away and we can provide the telephone number of a local cab company who will meet guests at the airports and arrange all transfers to and from airports. Windsor Castle, Ascot Race Course, Hampton Court , Salisbury, The New Forest, and the historic City of Winchester are a short drive away.

FARNBOROUGH MAINLINE SATION is a five minute walk away TO LONDON WATERLOO; JOURNEY TIME 30 MINUTES AND FROM THERE VIA PADDINGTON/ST PANCRAS THE EURO STAR to Paris, Brussels etc. LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT AND GATWICK AIRPORT are a 40 minute drive. WENTWORDTH GOLF COURSE and SUNNINGDALE GOLF COURSE are a ten minute drive. Theatres, cinemas, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, gym etc, close by. FARNBOROUGH AIRPORT AND BUSINESS PARK ARE A 5 MINUTE DRIVE OR SHORT WALK away with all the associated industries close by. THE FARNBOROUGH AIRSHOW next takes place in 2010. The Lodge, is elegant and extremely comfortable , beautifully furnished and equipped. Although advertised as self catering the housekeeper is available for daily or weekly cleans and laundry if requested at an hourly rate.
