- We also offer short breaks and the price for 2 or 3 nights is the same - allowing late checkout on day 3 if required. We charge £10 for dogs because of the extra cleaning involved.
Rent includes all fuel: this includes electric underfloor heating, gas central heating and hot water, and also linen including towels. There are no hidden charges.
For short breaks the prices quoted here may vary slightly (up or down)
depending on the number of guests in the group. - There are an additional two beds in a nearby medieval bee-house that can be rented in conjunction with the barn. The bee house has its own en suite shower room but no kitchen and cannot be rented on its own. £60 for the first night, £30 for each subsequent night. For further information email us!
- The barn has been given a 4 star rating by Visit Britain. At Christmas we provide a tree, holly, ivy and mistletoe!

- The bathroom has been upgraded in March 2008 to provide a walk-in cubicle shower. There is a heated towel rail and also a fan heater.

- Our beds are really comfortable - memory foam on the 2 single beds and new quality interior sprung on the double bed. Both bedrooms have fitted carpets and radiators provide the central heating which can be controlled by our guests. The upstairs bedroom has a sloping ceiling and beams so there is slightly restricted headroom in places. Although this property has no mobility rating it can be accessed by a wheelchair user - just. There is a travel cot that can be put anywhere in this property. Bedlinen is provided - and also nice big towels.
