A security deposit of up to £400 GBP in cleared funds is payable to secure property. (This will vary to the downside depending on age of children and size of group). Refunded within 15 working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs.

We ask the guest to take the charges to make the transfer to us and we will take the international wire transfer costs back to the guest. Paypal payments to us show up normally same day.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed. However every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded. - OLYMPIC PERIOD. We have rented our properties for a large part of the Olympics and are now taking bookings for remaining time.
