The deposit is refunded within 14 days of the stay. Cancellations are not allowed, however, every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking.

A security deposit of £400 GBP in cleared funds is payable at/before check - The agency regulating these bookings has a Travel Industry Designator Service Number 96-0 0213 0 provided by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
- Payments can be made by Paypal e-mail address julian.jarvis@riverhabitat.co.uk, international or domestic wire transfer. We ask the guest to take the charges to make the transfer to us and we will take the international wire transfer costs back to the guest. Paypal payments to us show up normally same day.
