Puerto Jimenez House Details
(Sleeps max. 8 guests): It is spacious and comfortably furnished, with three queen beds and a twin(sleeps max.8 guests). The bathrooms have an ocean view shower. There is also a small cabin, with 2 queen beds, which serves as an additional private bedroom/bath Quinta Sonada, lies on a remote beach in the Osa Peninsula and you will have the vacation of a lifetime here. The house is constructed of beautiful woods from farmed trees and downed trees, the home is solar powered, and looks out over the beautiful Golfo Dulce towards Panama. The house is 50 yards from a private beach. A Costa Rican family lives on-site & are the caretakers, and cooks.The grounds and gardens are full of fruit trees and flowers and many days you will have fresh fruit served to you from our garden. Amenities: We can provide up to 3 meals a day, laundry service and airport transfer from Puerto Jimenez. There is a possibility of child-care. The house has a full kitchen, with a stove, blender, coffee grinder, stereo, DVD
Stereo and DVD player with lots of movies and kids features for the occasional rainy day. Activities: Swimming, beach-combing, kayaking and fishing and bird watching are available just out your front door. Horseback riding, climbing, river trips and park expeditions are easily arranged. Quinta Sonana is an ideal base for your Osa exploration. Area: We are 8 miles away from Puerto Jimenez, close to the tip of Matapalo, and we can pick you up from the airport. There are some wonderful restaurants in the area. Some guests have used Quinta Sonada as a stepping off point for a brief trip into Panama, and we can help with this or any other trip itinerary you may wish.
