Villa Cuca has a tropical mood, with palms, flowers and plants everywhere. The Villa has in total: 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8, divided as follows: Casita #1: 2 bedrooms (1 Full bed each), 2 bathroom, sleeps 4 persons. Casita #2: 1 bedroom (1 Full bed, 1 Twin bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 persons. Casita #3: 1 bedroom (1 Twin bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 1 person. The property has a lovely large pool with a real rock waterfall and ample space for lounge chairs. Next to the pool is a covered bar equipped with a stereo, refrigerator and blender. It even has its own bathroom. Casita 1 is the main unit and has parking space for 2 cars. Casita 2 has its own separate street entry and parking space for 1 car. Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden. All casitas have a dining table and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and utensils. Weekly housekeeping service is included in the rate.

Jaco is a mere 1.5 hours from the international airport and 2 hours from dowtown San Jose. The renowned national park and town of Manuel Antonio is only 1.5 hours further south of Jacó which makes it ideal for day-visits. The world-class Los Suenos Resort, with its marina and 18 hole golf course is only 10 minutes away from Jaco. There's a plethora of things to do in and around Jaco. There are also many restaurant and bar options in Jaco and neighbouring Hermosa.

La Iguana Golf Course: The 18-hole, par-72 course, La Iguana golf course, designed by Ted Robinson Jr. is situated 10 minutes away by car. It plays through the Los Sueños Resort's private rainforest reserve. In fact, La Iguana's caddies are all trained naturalist guides who will point out the various wildlife species that inhabit the fairways, including monkeys, sloths, pizotes, toucans and macaws.

We're there to assist you all the way: This home is professionally managed by Rock Property Management, with office in Jacó. We're just a phone call away if you need us.
