- The upstairs bedrooms, living area and kitchen are located on the second floor of the house that is only accessed through an outside stairway. Both bedrooms have window screens and share one bathroom. Two balconies complement the upstairs living space. Two downstairs bedrooms face the pool and garden area. Each has its own full bathroom. Another bedroom has a half bathroom and still another has the Murphy bed. These last two need to use the showers located in the other bedrooms.

La Iguana Golf Course: The 18-hole, par-72 course, La Iguana golf course, designed by Ted Robinson Jr. is situated 10 minutes away by car. It plays through the Los Sueños Resort's private rainforest reserve. In fact, La Iguana's caddies are all trained naturalist guides who will point out the various wildlife species that inhabit the fairways, including monkeys, sloths, pizotes, toucans and macaws.
We're there to assist you all the way: This home is professionally managed by Rock Property Management, with office in Jacó. We're just a phone call away if you need us. We can help you organize your vacation from transportation, activities, tours, cook and maid services. On call technician 24 hours/day in case of problems.
