- NOTE: Our rental prices are based on FOUR persons for the time frame indicated. Additional persons are separate ($20pp/day high season; $15pp/day mid; $10pp/day low). Children 2 and under are no charge.
We require a refundable $250 security/damage/booking deposit to hold your rental time frame. This deposit is returned following inspection after departure (less any damage if applicable). Credit cards are accepted for deposit and for rental payment. 1/3 total payment is due at 90 days prior to rental; balance at 60 days. We do NOT accept personal/business cheque, money order, or bank draft. We provide a written quote for all clients. - Although there are two other levels, there is plenty of room on the main floor and access to most family activities. There are 3 steps up to the front entry door; the driveway has a gentle slope to the front lawn. Although we have had guests in wheelchairs, they would need help getting in the front door which is a double door that can be opened to accommodate them. We do NOT allow smoking (local bylaw conformation).

The master bedroom includes a walk in closet and an ensuite with a soak tub and a separate shower. Location is 12 near Niagara Falls.

Bicycle Rentals: A man's and woman's bicycle may be rented along with your vacation for $10 / day. Feel free to enquire about this service.
