1) 1st weeks rent + a separate $1000.00 refundable damage deposit must be paid by cheque at time of booking to confirm booking.
2) Balance due within 60 days of arrival date.
3) $200.00 handling fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
4) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of all payments made.

Amenities: At the end of the day cook up a gourmet meal in our spacious kitchen and enjoy your dinner out on the deck while you gaze at the sun setting over the Rocky mountains and the Bow River. Chances are, during the evening, you’ll see Elk crossing the river to or from the nearby Island where they live. At night, open the windows wide, and let the fresh mountain air and soft sound of the river drift you off to sleep. 1- 4 post log king size bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 electric/adjustable single beds in 4 rooms sleeps 6 very comfortably. Gas fireplace. Gourmet kitchen. 3 bathrooms 3 decks. BBQ. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. TV, dvd player, stereo.
Large outside patio with patio furniture Large ¼ acre grass landscaped private back yard Activities Summer: Mountain biking: Home of world cup mountain bike races, the Canmore Nordic center (host of the 1988 winter Olympics for cross country skiing) is a 15 min bike ride away. Fly fishing: some of the best fishing is right outside our front door. Golf: Silvertip Golf Resort-10 min. drive. Stewart Creek golf course-5 minute drive. Banff Springs golf course-25 min. drive. Hiking: right out the front door or travel to Banff (25 min. drive) or Lake Louise (1 hour drive) for the most spectacular hiking in the Rockies. Horse back riding: Banff (25 min. drive) Tennis: 5 min. drive. Shopping and dining: 15 min. walk into downtown Canmore or 25 min. drive to Banff. Winter: Alpine skiing: World famous Lake Louise, Sunshine and Mount Norquay ski areas are as close as 20 min. away.
Cross Country skiing: The Canmore Nordic Center (host of the 1988 winter Olympics for cross country skiing) is a 2 min drive. The Nordic Center offers 100’s of kilometers of groomed and track set skiing with day lodge and rental facilities on site. Dog sledding: There are several dog sled outfitters located out of Canmore who depart from the Canmore Nordic Center just minutes from the house. Shopping and dining: 15 min. walk into downtown Canmore or 25 min. drive to Banff. Close by City of Calgary and Calgary International Airport (1.5 hr. drive). Calgary has everything from water slides to culture. Jasper, one of the most picturesque towns in the world. Banff National Park and Town of Banff (25 min. drive) and Lake Louise (1 hr. drive), world famous lakes and scenery. This is a no smoking and pet free home.
