Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Long term rental (6 months or longer) $26,000/ month.
Payment Terms:
Initial deposit of 50% by check or cashier's check is required at time of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments not received by owner on date payment is due will be assessed a late fee of $50/day to be deducted from the security deposit.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of 20% is due with the final payment. The deposit is held for any damages to the house or late payment fees. The refund will be returned within 30 days following departure.
Cancellation Terms:
A full refund, less a $500 service charge, if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or before. If reservation is canceled within 59 days of arrival, all monies shall be forfeited unless space is rebooked for the entire confirmed time. Failure of any payment to be received by owner on date indicated on rental agreement may cause the reservation to be cancelled. -
Length of Stay:
If after arrival you decide to shorten your stay, no monies will be refunded unless nights are rebooked. Availability of lodging will determine if your stay can be extended.
Check-in/Check-out Procedures:
Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am. If you would like a later checkout, please contact us 24 hours prior to see if this can be arranged. Management reserves the right to charge 1/2 of the daily rate if a guest stays past the 11:00am checkout time without prior approval.

All cookware, dishes and utensils provided. This premier home can be rented as either a 4 or 5 BR: West wing of house - Master suite with king bed, flatscreen HDTV, Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, washer/dryer, and private access to hot tub overlooking river.
East wing of house - Second master suite with spectacular views, king bed, gas fireplace, private full bath with Jacuzzi tub, flatscreen HDTV and refrigerator/wet bar. Two guest bedrooms - one with queen bed and one with twin beds and private full bath in each. East wing has large family room / media room with gas fireplace, game closet and game table, 65' flatscreen HDTV with surround sound and the added bonus of stepping outside to your riverside patio for gorgeous views. Large office with two desk areas (one with high-speed internet hook-up, fax machine/copier/printer/scanner) and queen Murphy bed. Bring your laptops. House is wireless.
Additional amenities: 5 1/2 bathrooms. Large game room featuring a Snooker/Billiard table, darts and full wet bar. Temperature-controlled wine closet. Popcorn machine. Large gas grill on patio. Firewood. Picnic table. Canoe. Telephone, cable TV Music system in great room. Washer/dryer, all towels and linens included. 2-car garage and parking in driveway for at least 5 vehicles.
