Wonderful restaurants and attractions are only a short drive away as you are only 10 miles from historical Cripple Creek, 20 minutes from Woodland Park and 35 minutes from Manitou Springs. The home, built in 1997, has been newly painted and warmly decorated with Southwestern and Mountain art. At the end of a busy day, as you relax in the comfy, overstuffed sofa and warm by the crackling fire in the wood-burning fireplace, you can enjoy all the comforts of home with dish TV and a selection of DVD and VCR movies to watch. The bedding is comfortably set up with 2 Queens and 2 Twins, all with new pillow-top mattresses. The master suite features double sinks and a garden tub and is decorated in a beautiful mix of old and new with the highlight being an oak highboy dresser with a marble top. The bed is warm and cozy with a down comforter and duvet set. The heavy pine rocker, with a 30 year history of soothing many fretful babes, is perfect for your morning cup of tea.
This mountain home is the perfect getaway to experience Colorado at its best, all Four Seasons of the year!!! AMENITIES: Complete kitchen including coffee, tea, spices, foil and plastic wrap, dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, local phone, TV in living room and the master, VCR/DVD, wood-burning fireplace, gas BBQ grill, deck furniture, all towels and linens provided.
