Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We have no minimum stay, but stays of less than 3 nights, add $75 cleaning fee.

Summer, Winter and Holiday season pricing is based on 4 person occupancy.

Apr. 5-May 31, 2009- $150/night (for up to 4 people) - 4, please add an add'l./ per person, per night
June 1 - Aug. 2009 - $200/night (for up to 4 people) - over 4, please add add'l/per person, per night
• Keep in mind that one night's lodging is due as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
One time laundry fee of $5/per person on all stays.

- The king bedroom is upstairs and has a walk-in closet where a roll away bed in stored, as well as a blow-up bed, for additional sleeping options. There is a full size bathroom upstairs, between the bedroom and loft. The loft has a full-size futon with extra cushioning for comfortable sleeping! The queen and trundle bedrooms are on the main (first) floor. The aspen log trundle bed may be used as one twin bed, pulled out for 2 'split-level' twins or popped up for a king-sized bed. The living room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Salida House Details
Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer, huge wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), gas grill, satellite TV, DVD player, surround sound system, internet access, front and back decks.
Activities: Minutes from Monarch Ski Resort and from spectacular trout fishing, white water rafting, downhill and cross-country skiing, golf, hiking, biking, hot water spring spas, and gourmet restaurants. The Arkansas River Valley is known as 'Banana Belt' because of its mild winter climate, while just west up Hwy. 50 (7-8 miles from Mountain Manor) is Monarch Ski Resort, the second most heavily snowed site in the state of Colorado. Where else can you play a round of golf in the morning in a light sweater, and downhill ski later that afternoon? Follow that up with a hot springs bath and massage, and later dine in a gourmet restaurant in town. All of the luxuries of Aspen, Breckenridge, and Vail at a fraction of the cost, in a place that is home to some of the friendliest and most down-to-earth folks you could ever hope to meet!
Other nearby sites of interest include Great Sand Dunes National Park, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, ghost towns, Salida Pool and Aquatic Center, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, numerous 'Fourteeners' (14,000+ foot peaks).
