There are two large bedrooms downstairs with mountain views and exquisite full bath with jacuzzi. One bedroom has its own private stone patio with forest view. There is a comfortable family room downstairs with bar and game table for chess and checkers. The large laundry/mud room has a small patio with forest view. There is a double garage and an adjacent single garage. There is a rustic landscaped half acre front yard with paths and wildflowers. The home is centrally located to all the Lake Tahoe area, 5-10 minutes from Sugar Bowl and Boreal Ski areas. Eight miles from Squaw USA ski area and close to Heavenly, Alpine Meadows, and 20 min Northstar. It is 40 minutes from Reno, Nevada
