Enjoy a secluded retreat or romantic getaway in a private, beautifully landscaped setting among tall oak trees -- a five-minute drive from beaches and quaint Capitola Village and a five-minute walk from restaurants and shopping. We have a new one-bedroom cottage, fully equipped with kitchen supplies and linens. It has a queen-size bed and a fold-out futon couch in the living room. Fresh baked muffins will be provided the first morning of your stay. Linen service is available, but no housekeeping. Rental is limited to one or two adults.
