Deposits for longer stays are negotiated on a case by case basis. Stays of 30 days or longer are not subject to the San Diego County transient occupancy tax. During July and August, minimum 7 night stays and Saturday to Saturday stays are required. Fewer nights may be accepted within 30-45 days of an arrival date, if those dates are still available.
