Modern custom single-family home in North Mission Beach. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath. Sleeps 7-10 people. Splendid views of beautiful Mission Bay. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach on the ocean where you'll find waves for splashing, body boarding, and surfing. It's just a 2 second walk to the beach on Mission Bay, where the calm water is great for kids to swim and build sandcastles. This 2,000 square foot custom home is beautifully furnished. It is a three-story home with a one-story home between it and the bay - just 200 feet away. Owners on all sides of this home live in their homes year-round. This is not a 'party' house. Quiet area. Lots of windows. 2 car garage - 1 side is big enough for a standard SUV + one car. On the third level there is a large (over 500 square feet) Private Patio with Gas BBQ, Gas Fireplace, Sauna and it looks right over Mission Bay. Kayak, Sailboat, Windsurf, and Jet Ski rentals are a 5 min walk. 10 min drive to Sea World. 15 min drive to downtown.

This house in on the bayside of North Mission Beach. There is one house between the bay and our house, but it is shorter and doesn't obstruct views.
