Brussels Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Services at 20 euro per person for cleaning, bath and kitchen towels and bed linen. Electricity, gas and water are included in the weekly rate.

Date and time of arrival and departure. - Early reservations can pay 100 euro in advance and the remaining amount by bank transfer 6 weeks before.
Note your name, period and the apartment name chosen on the bank transfer.
Outside the high season, from the beginning of Sep until the end of May, longer rental is possible for a minimum of 4 weeks at 2/3 of the weekly price per week. Cleaning is charged only once at 50 euro for the whole rental period.
Bed utensils, kitchen and bath towels are available but must be cleaned by yourself .We ask 150 euro per month for Gas, electricity, water, fire insurance and cable . Weekly cleaning service at extra cost can be arranged.
A warranty of 100 euro is requested and given back when leaving.
